The return slip was sent to you by e-mail as an attachment during the ordering process. Otherwise you can download it in your customer account under your orders. Please enclose this return slip with your return shipment.

Please repack the goods in the original packaging

Please note that the return of the goods, after expiry of the withdrawal period of fourteen days, is only possible under the conditions of our cancellation policy will take place.
